renttrader.ca is operated by Ytronic Corp, Calgary, Alberta. It publishes general information about renting in Calgary and area, and a directory of property managers (opening soon).

Not a brokerage
Ytronic Corp isn't a real estate brokerage or property manager. We don't trade in real estate, take rental applications, screen tenants, collect rent or hold deposits.
Directory listings
Property-management firms can request a free Basic listing, or a Featured placement, through the contact form or by emailing [email protected]. A listing goes live only after the firm gives us its Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) licence number and we confirm it. We may decline or remove a listing, for example if the licence can't be confirmed or lapses, or if the listing is inaccurate. You should still check a firm's licence yourself and do your own research. A listing isn't an endorsement, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a listed firm.
Featured, paid placement
Listings marked "Featured – paid placement" (including Featured Plus) are advertising. The firm pays us a flat monthly or annual fee for the placement; we don't charge per lead, per lease or by commission, and we don't receive referral fees. Featured listings are shown before free listings in the areas the firm chooses, and the remaining listings are shown alphabetically. Paying for placement doesn't change the licence requirement, doesn't mean we recommend the firm and doesn't affect the content of our guides. Paid placements aren't on sale yet; we'll publish their terms before we accept any payment.

We link to government and other websites for reference. We aren't responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
